1. Introduction

Welcome to Astapova Art! By booking our photography services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both parties. These terms apply to all services provided within the state of California and other U.S. states.

2. Services Offered

Astapova Art offers a range of photography services, including but not limited to:

– Commercial Photography: Product, food, fashion, and branding photoshoots.
– Artistic & Seasonal Photography: Themed photoshoots for holidays and personal artistic projects.
– Portrait Photography: Headshots, dating profile photos, and individual portraits.
– Corporate Event Photography: Coverage of business events, conferences, and seminars.
– Business Photography: Office interiors, team portraits, and business branding.

3. Booking and Payments

Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed with a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total service fee.
Payment Terms: The remaining balance is due on the day of the photoshoot or event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation Policy: Clients can reschedule the session at no additional charge if notified at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will result in the loss of the deposit.

4. Client Responsibilities

Preparation: Clients are responsible for arriving on time and being prepared for the photoshoot, including having necessary outfits, props, or any specific requests ready.
Model Release: Clients must sign a model release form, granting Astapova Art permission to use the images for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

5. Photographer’s Rights and Responsibilities

Creative Control: The photographer retains full creative control over the process and final images. Post-processing will be in line with the photographer’s style.
Copyright and Usage: Astapova Art retains the copyright to all images taken during the session. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal or business purposes as agreed in the contract.

6. Delivery of Images

Turnaround Time: Digital images will be delivered within 14 business days after the photoshoot. Rush delivery can be arranged for an additional fee.
Image Editing: Basic retouching and color correction are included. Any additional editing requests will be subject to an extra fee.

7. Liability

Astapova Art is not liable for any damages, loss, or injury sustained during the photoshoot session. Clients are advised to ensure that they have appropriate insurance coverage if necessary.

8. Force Majeure

Astapova Art is not liable for any delay or cancellation caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond the photographer’s control, such as extreme weather, accidents, or illness.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County.

10. Amendments

Astapova Art reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients will be notified of any changes before their scheduled session.
